A new country music festival is coming to Perth

A brand-new modern country festival, Strummingbird, is set to debut in Australia this year.

The festival hits the Sunshine Coast and Newcastle before heading to Perth on Sunday, November 2.

The event comes courtesy of Kicks Entertainment, the company that produces the nationally beloved music festival, Spilt Milk.

More than just live music, audiences can also expect line dancing, BBQs, country fashion, and merch, along with a sideshow alley pop-up and mechanical bull.

The full lineup of artists and bands is set to drop on Thursday, July 31.
