Trombonist Mariel Bildsten and her Septet will feature rising alto saxophone star Sarah Hanahan in an evening of music that will delight fans of the jazz greats and those with their ears fixed on the future of the genre.
Bildstenโs arrangements and originals celebrate the prestigious music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Duke Pearson and more. Her acclaimed ensemble captivates its listeners by presenting a timeless tradition of jazz.
