The full program for York Festival 2022 has landed. The annual event is an opportunity to experience arts and crafts, theatre, dance, music, storytelling, family workshops and nature activities in the spectacular Avon Valley during every day of the Djilba (spring) school holiday break, from Saturday, September 24 to Sunday, October 9.
From the epic opening event Two Mountains Dreaming on Friday, September 23, to one of the richest programs of Ballardong Noongar cultural activities ever presented, The York Festival 2022 promises to be the biggest and best yet.
The York Festival takes place across two packed weeks in the historic township of York, surrounded by canola fields and stunning hidden wildflower locations.
Bogan Shakespeare, Jazz Weekend, Dead Letter Club, contemporary dance sensation Julia, Bookclub with Ros Thomas, Circus by the River, photo walks and plenty of free activities offer something for everyone, from road trippers to the whole family.
