onedot3, an ethical clothing line that uses profits to support global water projects, started the #SHOPWITHYOU initiative through money kindly donated through their website. They purchase $50 Coles, IGA or Woolworths vouchers, then make them available to those facing hardship. Anyone in need can request help by visiting their website, and a digital voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours. Anyone interested in donating to this worthy cause can visit the same website to do so.
Since launching the initiative on April 15 they have seen a long list of requests for these vouchers from all over Australia, and managed to raise over $4000 in donations in less than 15 days.
