1. Local launches
It’s not a week in Perth music without an abundance of brilliant releases coming out, and this week is no different. Some of the highlights include Perch Creek’s album launch, Rocket Ship Chaser’s single launch, Totally Mild’s album launch and Daisies Net’s video launch.
2. British India @ Newport Hotel (Friday, June 1), Badlands Bar (Saturday, June 2) and Indi Bar (Sunday, June 3)
The boys who are neither British nor Indian take to the Newie, Badlands and Indi Bar stages this Friday as part of their Midnight Homie tour.
3. RAAVE TAPES @ Amplifier Bar (Saturday, 2 June)
Newcastle-based but Perth-loving, RAAVE TAPES are launching their single SUDS on Saturday night at Amps.
4. The Brian Jonestown Massacre @ Metropolis Fremantle (Saturday, June 2)
BJM will certainly be “picking you up” on Saturday night down in Freo.
5. DMA’s @ Metropolis Fremantle (Sunday, June 3)
Head back down on Sunday to catch Britpop-alikes DMA’s at the very same place in celebration of their new release, For Now.
