Strings Attached Guitar Festival lands for the first time in Margaret River this Spring, running over three days from FridayOctober 11 to Sunday, October 13. The festival brings a bevy of artists and performers along with guitar makers, distributors and enthusiasts from around the country.

This one-of-a-kind event will celebrate and educate about guitars, bass guitars, ukuleles, banjos, mandolins and other stringed instruments. Lovers of live music can expect everything from blues to roots, world music to jazz, metal and rock, country, classical and more.

Artists such as Kav Temperley (frontman of Eskimo Joe), Abbe May, Stephen Pigram and Glenn Sarangapany (Birds of Tokyo) will be performing along with a huge lineup of exhibitors, including Ormsby (largest producer of electric guitars in Australia), Donmo (SA), Australian TonewoodsSimon Rovis-HermannSmall Island Amps and plenty more.

The festival gives punters the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of strings via workshops, keynote presentations, masterclasses, panel discussions, listening sessions, demos and Q&A’s with artists & luthiers.
