RTRFM RADIOTHON PARTY Be different!

This year’s RTRFM Radiothon Party on Saturday, August 17 will be held across five Northbridge venues, all sporting live music by local bands. The night will begin at 7pm and continue late into the morning. Tickets are available through RTRFM, with free entry for subscribers – what better reason to subscribe to this year’s Radiothon!

Kicking off officially at the State Theatre Centre Courtyard, the music of  Post Depression Make Out Session, Peter Bibby’s Dog Act (pictured above), Web Rumors, Collab featuring Beckon and Kruger James, and Grievous Bodily Calm (featured below) is sure to set the mood for the night to follow.

If you don’t want to wait until 7pm, The Bird will have you covered. From 5pm the Woodstock Rock team will celebrate Woodstock’s 50th anniversary before relinquishing the stage to Joan and The Giants, Queency, The Love Endeavour, and Material World Orchestra.

Ezra Pound will be the home of the DJ sets for the night, featuring beats from Bruna, Bexx, Ernest and Young, the return of the legendary Craig Hollywood, plus a live set from Kissinger Kruz.

Finally, to finish off the night (or early morning), head down to Nevermind Small Club for a Full Frequency Party to end them all. With the full crew on board party well into the morning as Micah and Philly, Dart, Captain Oshi, Allstate and Rok Riley go deep into classics and new tunes to celebrate all that is wonderful about Full Frequency and RTRFM.

Plus, for something a bit special this year, join the crew from 6am (yes, AM!) at The Bird Mess Hall as they party like a 90s rave on the first day of Radiothon with the all new Radiothon Early Bird on Friday, August 16. Join DJ Aslan, Wil Bixler and Girlname as they party before work, school, uni or sitting on the couch to kick off this year’s fundraiser.

RTRFM’s Radiothon Party will be held at the State Theatre Courtyard, The Bird, Ezra Pound, and Nevermind Smallclub on Saturday, August 17 from 7pm. Tickets are available through RTRFM.
