FREMANTLE FOLK FESTIVAL Ringing in summer

Ring in your summer at the third annual Fremantle Folk Festival which will be taking place on Saturday, December 1 at Princess May Park, Clancy’s Fish Pub and surrounding areas.

ARIA award winner Bob Evans leads the lineup, with Things of Stone and Wood, Grace Barbé, Peter Bibby, Jack Davies & The Bush Chooks and Blue Shaddy joining the party. It wouldn’t be the Fremantle Folk Festival without a few surprises too, such as the Chung Wah Chinese Orchestra and a giant pub choir led by Jim Fisher and Natalie Gillespie.

There will also be a fully dedicated kids activity area, with kid-friendly workshops and shows in the Circus WA big top and Nature Play zone, creating a family friendly atmosphere.

The full lineup also includes The Little Lord St Band, Kat Wilson Trio, Ben Catley, Zydecats, Noah Dillon, Bass Lemon, Emlyn Johnson, Franks Fish Tank, Nika Mo and Ring of Fire.

Fremantle Folk Festival will be taking over Princess May Park, Clancy’s Fish Pub and surrounding areas on Saturday, December 1. Tickets on sale now through Oztix.
