Australian sampologists The Avalanches are notoriously difficult to pin down – the last we heard of them, they’d released a lone (and excellent) remix of Hunters And Collectors’ Talking To A Stranger. Get excited – these unearthly shades have just locked in work with party rapper and Splendour alumnus Danny Brown. He’s apparently laid down two tracks with the group. As this was a surprise announcement in a media tent to Triple J, God knows when they’re gonna share the tracks with us – if ever.
