A powerful highlight of the day is the First Nations Corroboree\, led by respected Elder James Webb and Wadumbah Dance Theatre\, celebrating the rich cultural heritage and enduring traditions of Australia’s First Nations peoples. \nAcross the harbour\, enjoy colourful cultural showcases\, roaming performers and high-energy acts\, including the spectacular 50-metre Dragon Dance\, Venetian-style street theatre and lively performances from groups such as Apotezzy Samba. \nExperience the energy of Festival Carnivale at Bathers Beach\, featuring Latin rhythms\, choreographed dance\, live bands and vibrant costuming\, alongside crowd favourites including Candela and the electrifying Eighties Arena live show bringing iconic hits to life. \nFamilies can explore the Kids Festival Kingdom\, a dedicated children’s precinct filled with interactive fun.
