✦ [UPDATED] GATE OPENING TIMES:
Friday, Dec 27, 2024: 12:00 PM (Midday) to 10:00 PM (Early Access ticket holders only)
Saturday, Dec 28, 2024: 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM (Official festival opening)
Sunday, Dec 29, 2024: 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Monday, Dec 30, 2024: 10:00 AM to Midnight
Tuesday, Dec 31, 2024: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (No entry after 10:00 PM)
Thursday, Jan 2, 2025: Gates close at 12:00 PM, marking the end of the festival.
Gates will temporarily close at 2:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, and at midnight every other night. If you arrive when gates are closed, you must wait until they reopen the next day.
✦ TICKET ENTRY RULES:
3/2-Day Pass Holders: Entry is only permitted on the morning of the day your ticket begins, during gate hours. Late-night entry is not allowed.

📋 IMPORTANT INFO
Camping gear is allowed, but please pack only the essentials to save space for everyone.
No glass items are permitted.
Arrive 15–30 minutes before departure—no refunds for missed buses!

✦ TICKETS:
Download your PDF ticket before arriving, as service reception may be low or nonexistent due to the crowd.
✦ LOCATION:
Live at the Hayshed Woodstock – Kellerberrin
✦ CAR ACCESS:
All vehicle types are allowed. A small gravel section exists but does not require 4WD. Drive safely.
Car Pass Required: Every vehicle entering the festival must have a car pass.
✦ TRANSPORT:
Shuttle Bus: A few tickets are still available on our website.
✦ CAMPING:
First-come, first-served. Spots are not allocated. Arrive with your group to camp together, as space is limited.
✦ FACILITIES ON SITE:
Drinking water stations
Showers
Toilets
Medical team
✦ OTHER NOTES:
Ice bags will be sold on-site.
Workshops, food trucks, and market stalls available (card payments accepted, but bring cash just in case).
✦ GLAMPING TENT HOLDERS:
Present your glamping ticket at the gate for instructions. Early Access ticket holders can access their tents on Friday, Dec 27.
✦ ALCOHOL & GLASS POLICY:
This is a BYO event. Glass containers are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. Only canned beverages or spirits in plastic bottles are allowed.
✦ FIRE BAN:
Due to fire restrictions, no gas bottles, gas cans, or generators are allowed.
✦ VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT:
Not Permitted: Motorbikes, quads, ATVs, scooters, etc. Only electric bikes are allowed.
✦ PET POLICY:
No pets allowed.
✦ CHILDREN:
This event is kid-friendly. Supervised children are welcome.
