Good Day Sunshine Festival unveils 2024 line-up

The line-up for this year’s Good Day Sunshine Festival has been revealed, as the popular annual event takes over Gloucester Park in Margaret River on Saturday, December 7.

Returning for its fourth year, the 2024 line-up features some of Australia’s most celebrated music acts, making it the festival’s largest and most anticipated edition to date. Sibling duo Angus & Julia Stone (pictured), renowned for their iconic 2010 hit Big Jet Plane, which topped triple j’s Hottest 100, will deliver a special one-off performance.

They will be joined by ARIA Award-winners Boy & Bear, who are set to perform their only WA show of 2024. Also on the line-up are The Dreggs, whose infectious hits like Give Myself To You and Just For One Night have propelled them to sell-out shows across Europe and Australia.

In addition to the headliners, the festival will also showcase local talents, including Jordy Maxwell, Paige Valentine, Kiki & Co., Kiera Jas, and Olive Mae. Maxwell, known for his introspective songwriting, has gained global recognition with over 20 million Spotify plays. Valentine, with her debut album Lucky Blue, has become a festival favourite with her emotionally resonant music. Margaret River’s own Kiki & Co. will bring a blend of indie, R&B and rock, while Kiera Jas and Olive Mae will offer their unique takes on indie-folk and songwriting.

The festival, presented by Macro Music, which also organises the Here Comes The Sun and Out Of The Woods festivals, has become a highlight of the South West WA music calendar. The new location at Gloucester Park allows the event to welcome under-18s when accompanied by a parent or guardian and offers ample space for festivalgoers to bring chairs.

Good Day Sunshine Festival will hit Margaret River’s Gloucester Park on Saturday, December 7, 2024. For more info and tickets, head to gdsfest.com
