Japanese pop-punk trio Shonen Knife are just about to bring their riotous joy to a stage near you as part of their Adventure album world tour. They are set to play Perth on September 25 at Badlands Bar with Boat Show and Community Chest in support.
It will be Perth’s only chance to catch the trio on their Australian run of dates as they return from the Wave Rock Weekender in Hyden this weekend. Singer, songwriter and founding member Naoko Yamano talked about touring Australia with us last week, revealing she enjoys the delicious food, the cute (and terrifying) animals, as well as long road trips listening to Michael Jackson and Cannibal Corpse.
