VIC PARK SUMMER STREET PARTY Back this November

Summer is on the horizon with the return of the Vic Park Summer Street Party, set to take over the Albany Highway cafe strip on Sunday, November 24. The festivities will stretch from Dame to Sussex Streets to allow for local community groups, schools, businesses and residents to unite and bring you the very best of the Town of Victoria Park in celebration of its 25th birthday!

“Whether it’s the huge range of delicious food and beverages, quirky gifts or family-friendly entertainment you’re after, it’s a great day for locals and visitors alike,” promises Vic Park Mayor, Karen Vernon.

The featured Rhubarb Records Main Stage is guaranteed to be special highlight for the day with live performances from artists such as Grace Barbe (pictured above), Flewnt, Butter, Didion’s Bible and The Surf Mist.

Festival goers can delve into a selection of craft beers available for tasting from the Dutch Trading Co and the Balmoral Hotel, or relax themselves with some retail therapy at local market stalls. Along with additional dance performances and exhibitions, the day is packed full with something for everyone.

Following sunset will be a Lantern Parade composed of local school students and musicians, showcasing over 25 years of music and handmade crafts to end the day.
