It’s been a while between drinks between the Rolling Stones and the city of Adelaide, but the world’s greatest rock’n’roll band have announced that they’ll be opening the newly redeveloped Adelaide Oval with a huge show on Saturday, March 22, 2014. Joining, Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie as a special guests will be former Stone, Mick Taylor.
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale from 11am ACST on Thursday, November 21, until 6pm ACST Friday, November 22, (or earlier if pre-sale allocation is exhausted). General public tickets will go on sale at 9am ACST Monday, November 25. Tickets will be available through Ticketek either by visiting www.ticketek.com.au or www.adelaideoval.com.au. Ticket prices will start at $79 for General Admission tickets.
More Rolling Stones concerts in Australia, and one in New Zealand, will be announced by Frontier Touring & AEG Live in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed for the first Perth Stones concert in 19 years!
