Stephanie Sokolinksi (aka Soko), French singer-songwriter-actress extraordinaire has released the official video to her new track Sweet Sound of Ignorance from which we can all hope is a new album on the horizon. The video is an interesting visual display of trippy colours, hand puppets, dancers wearing rabbit costume heads and Mickey Mouse PJ’s.
The video starts with Soko in a colourful house before emerging onto what appears to be the stage set from a 60s/70s talent show stage set (so much tinsel). Directed by Soko herself, the video is an accompaniment to her appearance on the cover of NYLON Magazine (March edition) and was filmed in LA while on a break from recording in New York.
