Rapper and model Playboi Carti is heading to Perth to play Metro City on Saturday, March 24.
Released on April 14 last year, Playboi Carti’s self titled mixtape debuted at number 12 on the Billboard 200 charts. The mixtape features Carti’s two hit singles Magnolia and wokeuplikethis. The songs climbed the Billboard 100 chart, as Carti performed at festivals across North America and Europe.
Magnolia has amassed 168 million streams, whilst wokeuplikethis featuring Lil Uzi Vert has garnered over 102 million Spotify streams.
Carti recently sold out his debut headlining tour, including shows in New York, LA, Atlanta and London and was featured as the music callout in Forbes’ annual 30 Under 30 list.
Playboi Carti plays Metro City on Saturday, March 24. Tickets on sale 11am next Monday, January 15.
