Meg Mac has announced that her Give Me My Name Back tour will celebrate the release of a mini-album, titled HOPE. It will be out on June 7, perfect timing for her show at The Astor Theatre on Friday, June 14.
She recently announced the album alongside the release of her latest single, I’m Not Coming Back. Of the track, the singer says, “Everyone has a person in their life that’s only around when they need something. You only hear from them when they need you; they only call you when they’re down. So you pick them up and try to take a little pain away. But when you need them, they’re never around.”
I’m Not Coming Back is the third track lifted from the mini-album. The release also includes the anthemic single Give Me My Name Back and emotionally charged offering, Something Tells Me.
HOPE is out June 7. Meg Mac plays The Astor Theatre on Friday, June 14.
