LIVE AT THE BBRC Perth’s newest local music Sunday session

The Baysie Rollers, The Shed and the Bayswater Bowling and Recreation Club have teamed up to create Perth’s newest live, local music venue, The Sunday Sessions Live at the BBRC. Set to showcase the best original local bands, the first session is kicking off on Sunday, May 6 at the Bayswater Bowling and Recreation Club.

The sessions will be family friendly and drinks and food are available for purchase, with a $12 special that gets the whole family in.

Catzilla (pictured), a garage and pop combo that are inspired by the crazy monster B-movies and the sounds of the 60s.

 Weapons of Mass Satisfaction, a Bayswater-based funk and soul band. The band is characterised by their tight rhythm section and punchy riffs.

The Hwyl take on doom country, funk, rock and reggae. In Welsh, Hwyl means ‘a stirring feeling of emotional energy’, which the band promises to deliver.

Catzilla, Weapons of Mass Satisfaction and The Hwyl play The Sunday Sessions Live at the BBRC at Bayswater Bowling and Recreation Club on Sunday, May 6.
