ISOFRINGE Now you can Fringe binge in self-isolation

FRINGE WORLD
has launched IsoFringe, a digital campaign that shares artist content with audiences to the festival’s 61,000 plus Facebook followers. FRINGE WORLD talent has been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of fans since 2012, and now through IsoFringe, fans can continue to show their support for their favourite artists, despite being in self-isolation.

Artrage CEO Sharon Burgess said that the campaign is intended to support FRINGE WORLD artists, who are facing difficult and uncertain circumstances because of COVID-19 and the subsequent closing of venues and event cancellations.

“The main way we will be able to help artists is through presenting the 2021 FRINGE WORLD festival, but in the meantime, we want to provide a digital platform for them,” Ms Burgess said. “Our hope is that by connecting artists with audiences online, this may lead to opportunities that will benefit artists, at a time when they need all the support they can get.”

A range of artists who have participated in previous FRINGE WORLD Festivals will be shared on the FRINGE WORLD Facebook page during April and May. Expect content that covers a range of genres presented in fun and original ways.
