Beloved Australian cinephile, David Stratton, is coming to Perth this weekend. On Sunday 26th of February he will take part in a Q & A at the Windsor for an advanced screening of David Stratton: A Cinematic Life.
The documentary takes a look at Stratton’s life and the cinematic experiences that inspired him. Directed by Sally Aitken, this film includes comentary from a notable who’s who of Australian cinema (Gillian Armstrong, Eric Bana, Bryan Brown, Russell Crowe, Judy Davis, Nicole Kidman, George Miller, Sam Neill, Geoffrey Rush, Fred Schepsi, Warwick Thornton, Jacki Weaver and Hugo Weaving).
