On Sunday, April 29 Perth dance lovers will be treated to a day of free, vibrant and family friendly dance performances to celebrate International Dance Day 2017.

The event is hosted by Ausdance WA and will be held at the James Street Amphitheatre in the Perth Cultural Centre, Northbridge. The event marks the beginning of Australian Dance Week.

This year is the Ausdance National Network 40th anniversary and Ausdance WA will be hosting Act Belong Commit Dance 100, a large scale community dance project spanning over 100 days offering anyone from beginners to enthusiasts more than 100 opportunities to participate in dance across WA.

They have also organised five days of open dance classes at The Kings Street Arts Centre in celebration of Dance Week.

Dance Day is presented by Ausdance WA, Act-Belong-Commit and MRA and supported by City of Perth.
