After releasing one of the best albums of 2016 and playing Laneway earlier this year, Car Seat Headrest have released new song War Is Coming (If You Want It).
A demo version of the song titled War Is Coming (If You Want It)[March Mix] was available on Bandcamp for 24 hours on August 4 to support their fundraiser for the Transgender Law Centre, but it is now unavailable.
Instead, Car Seat Headrest have released a new version and have stated that their portion of the proceeds from the song will still go to the Transgender Law Centre when the song is purchased on Bandcamp.
Singer Will Toledo says that the song is about “not murdering people.”
